The band will release 'Black Treacle', taken from their latest album 'Suck It And See', on January 23. 'Suck It And See' is the fourth track to be taken from the album; which includes singles 'Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair' and 'The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala'. Meanwhile, the Arctic Monkeys are currently without a record label for their next album. British pop star Lily Allen has given birth to her first child, a daughter. Allen, whose breakthrough 2006 single, "Smile," helped sell more than two million copies of her debut album, suffered two miscarriages before the birth of her newborn, which she has yet to name.

Allen, 26, is married to 32-year-old British businessman Sam Cooper, whom she has called "the love of my life."
